If you receive your salary in the account opened with Bank Leumi, you will be granted an interest that is less by 0.5 percentage points than the standard interest, both on the loans in RON and in EUR.
Object of the credit: financing the current needs or refinancing similar loans.

Guarantees/collaterals:
- real estate mortgage of first rank over a real estate asset owned by the borrower and/or by a third party;
- insurance policy transferred in favour of the Bank, for the real estate asset brought as collateral. The amount insured will equal at least the appraised value of the real estate asset;
- pledge on the accounts of the borrower opened with Bank Leumi Romania.

Variable interest rate: EURIBOR 3M+ bank margin of 6% per year in case your salary is transferred through Bank Leumi Romania or 6.5% per year in other cases
DAE (annual total interest) = 7.14% per year (computed for a loan amounting to EUR 100,000 granted for period of 30 years, with EURIBOR at 3 months from 31.03.2010 + 6% the bank margin); monthly installment: EUR 640.64; total amount to be paid: 234,285.39 EUR

- analysis commission: RON 500, payable when the loan is granted
- up-front administration commission: 2% from the loan value
- monthly administration commission: 0%
- early reimbursement commission: 0%
- commissions related to loan granting: real estate evaluation and insurance costs, paid directly to the providers of these services
- current account commission: 0 RON for opening and monthly administration, 0 RON for cash deposit for reimbursement of credit and / or payment of its cost and for credit withdrawals
