Seasonal Loan – is meant for financing temporal or seasonal expenses in tourism and/ or public alimentation companies.
The base for granting the loan is the financial performance of the company. Loan value can be between 20.000 – 500.000 RON/ or echo. EUR and the tenor is of maximum 6 months.
Documents required:
- Credit application;
- The last two annual balance sheets and the Profit and Loss account, with the stamp of (endorsed by) the Financial Adminsitration, together with the related balances;
- The last two half-year balance sheet accounts and their related balances;
- The last two trial balances concluded by the company, but not older than 2 months;
- Ascertainment certificate regarding the obligations/taxes to the state budget;
- Acceptance for verification at CRB (Banking Risks Bureau);
- Acceptance for verifications of shareholders/directors natural persons(individuals) at BC (Credit Bureau) and CRB (Banking Risks Bureau);
- Legal deeds for the company set up and registration certificate (Sole Registration Code – CUI/CIF and annexes);
- Other documents, if applicable.
